How I work 

In my work with clients I believe the why is just as important as the how. I provide my clients with practical skills they can apply in their lives to make meaningful change through the use of frameworks like ACT and DBT while also exploring the reasons why we engage in our thoughts and behaviors by tapping into the past. Finally, I also incorporate somatic interventions like breath work to address the connection between mind and body.

By utilizing these three elements, you can achieve an understanding of yourself that can serve as a foundation for pervasive and long lasting change and transform your experience for the rest of your life.
