About Me
I am a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals in cultivating an authentic sense of self and exploring new possibilities for personal growth. My focus lies in empowering men, women, and teens who grapple with issues of anger, relationship problems, anxiety, and depression. In therapy, I create a safe space where clients work towards meaningful change and adopting new behaviors that pave the way for a more fulfilling life.
My therapeutic approach is grounded first and foremost in my relationships with my clients. I work to get to know who you are so I know what the best approach is to addressing your goals. I use relational approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore past experiences and their impact on your current relationships and worldview while providing you practical tools from modalities like ACT, CBT and DBT that you can incorporate from the first session.
You have taken your first step toward making a commitment to your growth— I look forward to helping the other foot to follow.
I have extensive experience providing therapy to adults with anxiety and depression as well as adults with substance use disorders.
I have been working with adolescents professionally in various capacities for over 10 years.
I am trained in in ACT, TF-CBT, and Internal Family Systems.
