How I work

I provide my clients with practical skills that they can apply in their lives to make meaningful change through the use of frameworks like ACT and DBT, while also exploring the reasons why we engage in our thoughts and behaviors by tapping into the past through the use of modalities like parts-work. I also incorporate somatic interventions, like breath work, to address the connection between mind and body.

By utilizing these three elements, you can achieve an understanding of yourself that can serve as a foundation for expansive and long lasting change and transform your experience for the rest of your life.
